This review was very helpful. I ride a 2022 Triumph Street Twin but I saw one of these parked near my hotel. I talked to the owner and was very impressed with the bike. He let me sit on it and it’s very comfortable. I’m short legged so this bike is great. Then he fired it up and I was more impressed. I’m going to keep my Triumph and add this bike to my collection. Great combination for an old man like me.

Most of you have it backwards, the Special is a better bike than Harley’s that cost $5,000 more. My 2023 Special is an amazing bike, the first true sportbike for H-D. I can’t believe they sell it for the low price they’re going for. And if you missed the 2023 at $14,999 the 2024 MSRP dropped down to $13,499 and that’s for the Special. Killer deal.

How much weight is the 48 in between the S and the 883? I don’t want to get a bike that’s too heavy just yet.

Took this bike for a test ride this past Saturday, rode very well, sport mode is a beast! Gonna rent it for a week for the 4th July weekend, riding from Leesburg,Fl to Panama City beach!! Can’t wait.

This bike reminds me alot of when I first saw the new Mk5 Toyota Supra. The lines at first did not do it for me how ever the longer I looked the more fascinated I got with it... And then it all just sort of fell into place into my mind and it stuck with me. That is when you know the Aesthetics are not just functional but beautiful. Well done Harley Davidson engineer team on continuing the great work.

Very nice bike, I had one in 2017. One thing I didn't like was a very small gadget speedometer so small. I probably can't even see what there!

This may sound offensive. But if comfort and practically was really so important there are options that cost a first of what SportsterS does. SportsterS is exactly what I expect a motorcycle to be. It should look good, be fast, sound good enough, but not damage my eyers. If I need anything, I would rather buy an SUV!

Hideous is an appropriate word for the sportster. The LRS is one that I'd be proud to own. Oh yeah. I do, but it's a black 117. CR483 cam and TBR Turnout. Delightful.

The ftr is up there in price 15 base and 17 to 19 for carbon edition it’s what’s holding them back as well

Can you get the other stock Softail exhaust layout on the Heritage? Like how it is on Standard or Street Bob etc where the exhaust runs evenly and parallel? I just really hate the exhaust on Heritage and think the other layout would make the bike look so much better to me. Im considering Heritage although what I really want is the Sport Glide but they don't sell it in American markets anymore which really bugs me cuz that is the bike I want new. Im waiting to see if they will bring back Sport Glide in 2025 before I buy my next bike. If it doesn't come, idk what im gonna buy and may just look elsewhere altogether. I know Heritage offers alot im looking for but the styling is just not really my style and if I don't love the look, it's a no go. I want the Sport Glide so bad.

No Harley lost all their customers a few years ago actually

I went down to Harley to check this bike out, and I have to say I was a little disappointed. It has no tech, and the grip circumference was way too small. I will wait until 2025 to see if they make any changes.

Very touchy throttle. Rear brake pedal is still in a very uncomfortable position. No GPS? Horrible wind noise.

Tell your viewers about the bottom piece of the side panel. The black cover pops off and its match painted. I see another of them with it still on.

Tilt the camera a little higher. Wind noise, you may not want to go to this extreme but this is my set up. Go pro with mic adapter, mic with furry wind sock mounted inside helmet, a separate sound recorder with microphone and wind sock. The mic for the separate recorder is mounted close to the exhaust. I make a clap or loud noise so I’m able to sync the audio tracks in the editor. You’re doing voice over after the fact so I would still do the mic adapter, a good mic, and the furry wind sock.

The title of this video should say “ What your dealership wants you to do so you don’t piss them off trying to get a good deal on your bike”. Doesn’t give much advice to the buyer trying to save money and get a good deal.
